About the role#
The Leadership Development Internship (LDI) is a selective 10-12 week summer experience for students seeking to solve meaningful business problems. Interns gain exposure to various functions within the company, including product management, corporate strategy, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. This role is designed for individuals who want to build cross-functional experience and contribute to the mission of protecting life and preserving truth.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of complex projects and contribute to business decisions from day one.
- Partner with company leaders to solve critical business challenges.
- Participate in LDI-specific programming, including speaker sessions, panels, and networking events.
- Engage with mentorship opportunities from program alumni and subject matter experts.
- Explore diverse career paths across key teams and functions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, with a preference for the Class of 2028.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in school, work, athletics, research, or community settings.
- Passion for solving complex problems.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth environments.
- Enthusiasm for Axon's mission and core values.
- Majors considered include Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, Communications, and Psychology.
