About the role#
Axon’s Leadership Development Internship (LDI) is a selective, 10-12 week summer experience for students interested in gaining business experience at a growth-oriented technology company. This program is designed to expose participants to various functions across the organization while providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of complex projects and contribute to business outcomes from day one.
- Partner with company leaders to solve business challenges and influence decision-making.
- Build cross-functional experience across teams such as Product Management, Corporate Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and People Operations.
- Participate in LDI-specific programming, including speaker sessions, panels, and networking events.
- Engage in mentorship with program alumni and internal subject matter experts.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, with a preference for the Class of 2028.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, Communications, or Psychology.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through school, work, athletics, research, or community involvement.
- A strong interest in solving complex problems and an enthusiasm for Axon's mission and core values.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth environments.
