About the role#
As a UX Design Intern, you will join our Product team to support the end-to-end experience for our users and clients. You will explore how AI reshapes design work by using these tools to refine our platform workflow, functionality, and visual appeal. This full-time internship is an opportunity to contribute to a platform that helps employees get recognized for their work.
What you'll do#
- Apply user-centered design principles to improve platform functionality and visual appeal.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and users to define information architecture.
- Create user personas and document workflows.
- Use AI tools to speed up research synthesis while applying human judgment to the results.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive, near-functional prototypes.
- Perform usability testing and facilitate focus groups.
- Connect design decisions to real business impact by using research results to improve features.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a relevant bachelor degree program or completion of a degree or bootcamp within the last year.
- Familiarity with Figma, Claude Code, and Claude Design.
- Comfort using internal AI-assisted design and research tools.
- Ability to think critically about AI-generated work and apply human judgment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Accountability and a readiness to take ownership of assigned projects.
- A coachable attitude and openness to feedback.

- Location: Lindon, Utah (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (April or May through August or September).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
