About the role#
This is a paid internship opportunity for university students to work within the Information Security and Cyber Defense department at the Autorité des marchés financiers. You will work 35 hours per week in a hybrid environment during the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Develop tools and processes for cyber incident response.
- Monitor cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
- Participate in vulnerability management and analysis.
- Support the IT team with incident response tasks.
- Assist the Chief Security Office with various operational activities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university program related to Information Technology, such as Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and general computing.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- A diploma of college studies in Information Technology is considered an asset.
- Ability to work with autonomy and versatility.
- A commitment to providing quality service.
