About the role#
Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking an intern for our Marketing & Sales Education & Training team. This is a full-time, paid summer internship based in Lansing, Michigan. You will work on-site five days per week and may travel to branch offices as needed to support training initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Create educational materials to address specific performance needs.
- Lead and participate in training sessions to build skills for other associates.
- Direct associate activities to help the team meet company objectives.
- Evaluate training progress and prepare reports for management with your recommendations.
- Implement policies set by senior leadership.
- Collaborate with associates and customers across different levels of the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college, entering your junior or senior year.
- Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments at once.
- Skill in resolving complex issues and interpreting data.
- A detail-oriented approach to your work.

- Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
