About the role#
This 12-week internship offers hands-on experience within the construction industry. Interns will collaborate with the accounting team to participate in the month-end close process and analyze the financial health of construction projects. The program runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Interns will be assigned a professional supervisor to establish goals and review performance at the conclusion of the program.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly SGA departments.
- Prepare and enter journal entries.
- Assist in the mid-year forecast process.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports.
- Support various sub-departments within the accounting team on special projects.
- Scan backup and supporting documents into the ERP system.
What you'll need#
- Active junior or senior student status pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A targeted graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively in project teams.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
