About the role#
ATLAS Navigators, LLC is hiring for a Seasonal Administrative Assistant Co-Op for the 2027 tax season. This role supports our Cincinnati East and Cincinnati West offices. You will work directly under the guidance of our managers and partners to ensure our office runs smoothly during a busy time of year. This is an on-site, full-time position running from mid-January 2027 through mid-April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to clients and internal staff.
- Digitize confidential documents using CCH Software.
- Communicate with clients regarding their tax returns.
- Perform reception duties using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Assist with the general administrative needs of the office.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of coursework at an accredited college.
- Enrollment in an administrative-related major.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Professional presence and experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
