About the role#
This is a 12-month paid internship based in Mississauga. You will join our team for the winter 2027 term, running from January 2027 to December 2027. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with expectations to be onsite 2 to 3 times per week.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop and execute promotional materials and activities.
- Partner with the marketing and cross-functional brand team to conduct clinical reviews of comparative products and develop competitive benchmarking.
- Coordinate the AstraZeneca Oncology presence at national and international medical conferences, working alongside Medical, Diagnostics, Sales, and Access teams.
- Act as a primary liaison between the sales team and the head office marketing team.
What you'll need#
- A university degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business or Science.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and the ability to work in a changing environment.
- A positive attitude and the ability to have fun while working.
