About the role#
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will join the Marketing Innovation & Digital Excellence team. You will support the planning, development, delivery, and testing of digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience with digital platforms, marketing processes, and project coordination within a regulated environment. You will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Innovation & Digital Excellence.
What you'll do#
- Support Brand Teams with strategic and operational planning to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Manage digital asset workflows in Veeva PromoMats, including project initiation, uploading, and monitoring.
- Ensure digital assets meet Medical, Legal, and Regulatory requirements through quality and compliance checks.
- Test and publish digital assets, including sales representative emails, across various platforms.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues, coordinating with global IT and other partners.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates.
- Manage internal stakeholder resources and coordinate website updates.
- Support key AI pilots and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program.
- Interest in digital marketing, marketing technology, or omnichannel execution.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Integrity, dependability, and a team-oriented approach.
- Comfort learning new digital systems and technical concepts.
- Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats, CRM platforms, or digital marketing channels is a plus.
- Interest in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
