About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Propulsion team at our headquarters in San Francisco. This role is designed for students currently enrolled in a four-year university program.

- Design, analyze, build, and test propulsion system hardware.
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects with other teams to support company initiatives.
- Apply your academic knowledge to real-world engineering challenges.
- Develop professional team skills to support your future career.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Understanding of spacecraft systems and operations gained through coursework or student organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to personally design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
- Familiarity with Python, spacecraft design, or chemical and electrical propulsion is a plus.

- Compensation: $29.00 per hour.
