About the role#
This internship is part of the Capability Center within ASML Business Services. You will explore how AI can be applied to US Capability Center processes. Your work involves identifying use cases, developing agentic workflow concepts, and recommending practical solutions that support business objectives.
What you'll do#
- Identify and map high-value, repetitive workflows that are candidates for agentic automation.
- Design and recommend agentic workflow approaches, skills libraries, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate across US functions and regions to ensure deliverables align with the broader AI strategy.
- Document your approach and recommend scalable standards for future projects.
- Engage stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and pain points for AI adoption.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, information systems, computer science, or data science.
- Experience with agentic AI ecosystems, project management concepts, and enterprise business systems.
- Proficiency with Copilot Studio or similar AI platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to document and communicate complex concepts to various audiences.
- Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience creating AI guidance and governance documents is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality.
Location & details#
- Location: San Diego, California.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Work requires regular in-person attendance for meetings, training, and events.
