About ASML
ASML produces lithography machines used by manufacturers to create microchips. The company provides hardware, software, and services to print patterns on silicon using ultraviolet light. Founded in 1984, it is based in Veldhoven and maintains over 60 locations globally. The organization employs more than 36,000 people across diverse departments including IT, software development, and customer support.
How to get in at ASML
Applying early at ASML provides a distinct advantage, as hiring managers often review candidates in the order they arrive before the applicant pool grows. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published, helping you secure a spot at the front of the line. This timing helps ensure your application is seen while the team is still actively evaluating the initial batch of interest. You can reach out to the recruiters behind ASML roles directly to ask about the position or request a referral, which often improves your response rate compared to submitting into a general queue. Intern Insider surfaces these specific contacts, allowing you to move beyond automated systems and connect with the people actually making the hiring decisions. It is a more direct way to navigate the process when you are ready to put your name forward.
