About the role#
ArtsQuest is seeking a Membership & Development Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, on-site internship based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. You will work 16 to 24 hours per week, with flexibility to meet academic credit requirements.
What you'll do#
You will support our fundraising and membership efforts through direct engagement and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include:
- Speaking with members and donors over the phone.
- Contributing ideas for renewal and acquisition campaigns.
- Assisting with the development of membership and fundraising events.
- Creating content for donor development and membership communications.
- Providing on-site assistance at various ArtsQuest events.
- Maintaining and updating donor and member information in our database.
- Attending development meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Majors in Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with individuals over the phone.
- Capability to work independently and contribute to a team.
