About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multi-family real estate operations. You will support the Operations and Property Management team while learning about property acquisitions and community management. This role is paid and offers flexible scheduling between 20 and 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, to accommodate academic commitments.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to the Operations and Property Management team.
- Prepare and maintain accurate spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Participate in on-site visits, acquisitions, and special projects to support community operations.
- Organize electronic files, contracts, and operational records to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct research and collect data to support business decisions and operational improvements.
- Perform duties in accordance with ARTISAN policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing tasks.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed.
