About the role#
This position supports the continuous improvement and digital transformation of transportation and logistics processes. You will work within an international team to help refine operational workflows and implement new digital solutions. This is a paid, on-site role with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Support the digital transformation of transportation and logistics processes.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform business decisions.
- Research and assess new technologies and logistics best practices.
- Document project and operational processes.
- Monitor project progress, track action items, and maintain status updates in systems like Salesforce, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Work with Business Intelligence and Project Management stakeholders to ensure process scalability.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Digital Management, or a related field.
- Fluent English and business-fluent German language skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience with Power Automate is a plus, as is exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, or SAP.
