About the role#
This internship supports the PR and Media Communications team at Arthrex. You will help highlight and pitch stories to local and national media outlets. The role involves managing patient story campaigns and developing new ways to share content across social media. You will work on-site in Naples, Florida, for the summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Edit and develop news highlights, social media content, and digital communications.
- Draft and optimize social media copy for multiple platforms.
- Support the planning and execution of creative concepts for print, broadcast, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to provide insights and reporting.
- Assist with public relations initiatives for corporate stakeholders and Talent Acquisition communications.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a college degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, or Sports Marketing.
- Current status as a college junior or above, or a recent graduate within six months of your graduation date.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and AP Style writing skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

- Location: Naples, Florida.
- Term: May 2027 to August 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Status: Paid internship.
