About the role#
Arthrex is seeking an Exhibit Planning Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This position is based on-site in Naples, Florida. You will work 20 to 30 hours per week from January 2027 through April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Draft event action plans and gather exhibit details.
- Review the Organizer Meeting list to ensure requests are submitted and approved.
- Track requests and follow up with organizers regarding outstanding items.
- Research meeting websites and internal documentation.
- Coordinate and order on-site services for tabletop exhibits.
- Submit and track attendee badge requests.
- Prepare post-show reports and gather event data.
- Attend weekly staff meetings and maintain the standard operating procedures manual.
What you'll need#
- Progress towards a college degree in Marketing, Event Management, Meeting and Event Planning, or a related field.
- Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
