About the role#
The Corporate Communications team at Arthrex headquarters in Naples, Florida, is hiring an intern to support community, university, and employee engagement initiatives. This role offers exposure to corporate communications projects and internal event management. You will work on-site at our facility for the Winter and Spring 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate community engagement efforts, such as campus tours and speaking engagements.
- Manage the Employee Event Ticket Distribution and Employee Years of Service Traveling Flag programs.
- Collaborate with Florida Gulf Coast University on the Fall Arthrex Expo and Medical Device Industry courses.
- Support marketing tasks including team surveys and meeting coordination.
- Assist with company events, including educational seminars and employee networking sessions.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a degree in Communications or Public Relations, with preference given to college seniors.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time and organize projects effectively.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
