About the role#
Aristeo is hiring interns for the Summer 2027 term. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Livonia, Michigan. You will work with either the Preconstruction or Operations teams to gain hands-on experience on construction projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the estimating process, including pre-bids and quantity take-offs.
- Conduct subcontractor bid solicitations.
- Help develop project schedules and reports.
- Support project managers and superintendents with the daily coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage document control procedures, including drawing logs, RFIs, and submittals.
What you'll need#
- You must be a junior or senior student working toward a 4-year degree.
- Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Familiarity with construction concepts and basic knowledge of construction techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively and take direction.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
