About the role#
Arc is looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside our brand team on campaigns, events, content, and the daily tasks that keep our brand sharp. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at our headquarters. You will report to our Brand Lead and contribute to real projects that help build a brand in a new industry.
What you'll do#
- Support campaigns from the initial brief through to launch.
- Research competitors, market trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Help plan and staff events and activations, including providing on-site support.
- Organize brand assets and maintain a clean, searchable library.
- Pitch social content ideas and help capture footage in the field.
- Assist with influencer shipments and merchandise drops.
- Track performance data and help report on campaign results.
- Handle research, tracking, and asset coordination tasks.
- Jump in to help the team wherever needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- An organized, reliable approach to managing multiple tasks.
- A low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Ability to work on-site in Torrance and travel for events as needed.
- Prior experience through internships, campus organizations, or freelance marketing work.
- A clear perspective on brands you admire and why they succeed.
- Comfort shooting and editing content on your phone.
- Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe.
- A genuine interest in boats, the outdoors, or electric vehicles.
- The ability to work at a fast but sustainable pace.

- Compensation: $32 per hour.
