About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in Ruston, Louisiana. We welcome students from Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Nutrition, Public Health, and Nursing to join our team.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and build food items using standardized recipes.
- Store food properly according to safety standards.
- Set up, break down, and sanitize workstations including prep tables and service counters.
- Serve customers while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Replenish food items and keep products stocked.
- Adhere to safety policies and protect company assets.
What you'll need#
- Ability to obtain or hold a food safety certification.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear a uniform or personal protective equipment if required.
