About the role#
Loews Hotels & Co offers a professional learning experience through a hospitality internship program. This role is based at our regional support center in Orlando. You will gain hands-on experience and explore career paths within the hospitality industry. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Learn the various systems used in the hotel.
- Assist in analyzing and ensuring the practice of guest service standards.
- Complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
- Promote and apply teamwork skills.
- Execute emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- A passion for and commitment to equality, diversity, and community efforts.
- A desire and ability to work with others collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes some weekends and holidays.
