About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for students interested in the nutrition field. You will work on-site at Fordham University, supporting marketing and nutrition initiatives within the campus dining program. The role follows a rolling schedule.
What you'll do#
- Plan events by working with the culinary team, the campus Registered Dietitian, and other nutrition interns.
- Update signage across dining halls.
- Perform nutrient analysis for food items served on campus.
- Conduct regular audits at dining locations.
- Create content for social media.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with students, clients, and co-workers.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student at Fordham University.
- An interest in pursuing a career in nutrition.
- A friendly and efficient approach to customer service.
- Previous relevant work experience is preferred.
- The ability to handle physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
