2026 Sophomore Summer Analyst, Enterprise Solutions

About the role#

The 2026 Sophomore Summer Analyst will support the Apollo Opportunity Foundation (AOF) through a 10-week program. This role involves contributing to grantmaking processes, managing event logistics, and conducting research to support the foundation's mission. Analysts will work within teams to gain exposure to corporate social impact initiatives and project management.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to the AOF grantmaking process through both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with non-profit partners across global regions to facilitate employee engagement.
• Organize and distribute volunteer collateral, such as t-shirts and hats, for events across various offices.
• Coordinate engagement opportunities between AOF grantees and employees.
• Draft internal and external communications, including organization profiles and series content.
• Serve as the point person for the annual Changemakers program.
• Research virtual volunteer opportunities and compile a volunteer guidebook.
• Audit AOF brand assets and assist with impact report analysis to provide recommendations for strengthening the foundation's reporting.
• Collect and track participation data to ensure compliance and capture metrics.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Class of 2028) with an excellent academic record.
• Demonstrated commitment to social impact and community service through work, academics, or volunteer experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically mastery of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Majors considered include Business Administration, Communications, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology.
