About the role#
As a Learning and Development Intern, you will work on-site in Greensboro to support our People Solutions team. You will create internal and client-facing e-Learning courses that help users understand our products and services. You will work with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and then design, develop, and implement solutions to meet those requirements.
What you'll do#
- Support a variety of learning and development projects.
- Develop high-quality learning solutions to enhance performance.
- Use authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Iorad to build content.
- Use generative AI to speed up content creation and evaluate learning impact.
- Partner with experts to translate complex concepts into clear instructional content.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Instructional Design, HR, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to learn and apply new technology quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- A helpful, self-starter attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Prior experience in instructional design, e-learning, or teaching is a plus.
