About the role#
We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our Portal Consulting team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside experienced team members to support project management and implementation activities. This role involves coordinating internal meetings, managing supplier data, and helping with various customer-success initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate meetings with project and customer success managers to keep project objectives on track.
- Update supplier API spreadsheets for accurate tracking.
- Contact vendors to help streamline procurement processes.
- Review client contracts to confirm compliance and project requirements.
- Support the team with ongoing customer-success initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program for Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills to gather information across departments.
- A self-starter mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of apex products or services is helpful but not required.
