About the role#
We are looking for an Automation Developer Intern to join our R&D team for the Summer 2027 term. You will focus on building Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and Python scripts to improve business efficiency and reduce cycle times.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop RPA solutions to automate repetitive business tasks.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and prioritize processes for automation.
- Write automation scripts using Python to streamline workflows.
- Build APIs with Django to connect automation tools with business applications.
- Create user-friendly interfaces for automation processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into your UI designs.
What you'll need#
- Experience in RPA development and implementation, specifically using UiPath.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Knowledge of API development and integration methods.
- Experience designing intuitive user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with the Django web framework.
- Familiarity with Docker for containerization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science or Computer Engineering program.

- Location: Greensboro, North Carolina.
- Work Modality: On-site for local candidates, remote for out-of-state candidates.
