About the role#
The Ansay Summer Internship Program provides a hands-on introduction to the insurance industry. You will gain exposure to multiple career paths while working on projects that contribute to our operations. The program is designed to help you explore your professional interests and develop skills in a real-world setting.
What you'll do#
- Shadow professionals across various departments and locations.
- Network with the Executive Leadership team and other staff members.
- Learn core insurance concepts and the technology tools used in daily operations.
- Participate in business challenges, community events, and team-building activities.
- Gain experience in areas such as risk management, sales, client support, and employee benefits.

- Current enrollment as a college student.

- This internship is located in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
- The position is on-site.
- This is a paid, part-time opportunity for Summer 2027.
