About the role#
The Ansay Summer Internship Program introduces college students to the insurance industry. You will gain experience through mentorship and project work. This program helps you explore career paths and build professional skills. Many interns join the team full-time after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various areas of the business to learn about agency operations.
- Shadow professionals across different departments and locations.
- Network with the Executive Leadership team and other staff members.
- Learn core industry concepts and use technology tools like EPIC Agency Management software.
- Participate in hands-on business challenges, community involvement events, and team-building activities.
- Gain exposure to commercial and personal insurance, risk management, and employee benefits.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current college student.
- Interest in pursuing a degree related to Business Administration.

- This position is located in De Pere, Wisconsin.
- The internship takes place during the Summer of 2027.
- This is a paid, on-site, part-time position.
