About the role#
The Ansay Summer Internship Program provides college students with a hands-on introduction to the insurance industry. You will gain exposure to multiple career paths while working on projects that contribute to our agency operations. This program is designed to help you build professional skills and explore your interests within the field.
What you'll do#
- Shadow professionals across various departments and office locations.
- Build your professional network by connecting with the Executive Leadership team and other staff members.
- Learn core industry concepts and the technology tools used in daily operations.
- Participate in hands-on business challenges, community events, and team-building activities.
- Gain experience in areas including risk management, commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits, and business development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student.
- Interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry.

- Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, on-site, part-time internship.
