About the role#
As a Product Engineer Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers to contribute to real product evaluations. You will join the Product Engineering team and take responsibility for a specific product or group of products from initial definition through production and release. This position requires 10% travel.
What you'll do#
- Develop test capabilities, including hardware and software designs.
- Support the design validation of early silicon.
- Debug product-related issues and perform product characterization through laboratory testing.
- Analyze production and reliability test data.
- Handle post-release sustaining activities, such as the disposition of early production hold lots.
- Interact with field sales, applications teams, and customers to resolve product issues.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with high-level software languages such as C, Microsoft VBA, National Instruments LabVIEW, and Matlab.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with bench test equipment, including spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on large, multi-discipline development teams.

- Compensation: This is a paid position with an expected wage range of $22 to $41 per hour.
