About the role#
The Digital Marketing CRM team creates personalized customer experiences using data and digital channels. You will work with marketing, technology, and data teams to build engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle. This internship provides exposure to marketing technology, campaign analytics, and emerging AI applications within a global organization.
What you'll do#
- Develop and optimize customer engagement strategies across digital channels.
- Support CRM campaigns and analyze performance data to identify improvements.
- Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct competitive benchmark analysis for CRM programs.
- Document and enhance the global CRM use case repository.
- Perform CRM journey gap analysis.
- Research AI capabilities within CRM platforms for campaign optimization.
What you'll need#
- Completed junior year by the start of the internship.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and April 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience creating presentations and summarizing insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, email marketing, or CRM concepts.
- Experience using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork and a proactive mindset.
Location & details#
- Location: Ada, Michigan.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Ada Monday through Thursday, with Friday as a remote optional day.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
- Note: This role does not offer immigration sponsorship.
