About the role#
The Information Security & Risk Awareness team focuses on educating employees globally on cybersecurity best practices. As an intern, you will help build a culture of security awareness by creating training materials, running phishing simulations, and using AI tools to improve how security information is shared. This role combines technology, communications, and creativity to help thousands of employees adopt secure behaviors.
What you'll do#
- Design, test, and deliver training content for employees.
- Create short videos, interactive learning modules, and articles.
- Apply AI-powered tools to scale and improve cybersecurity education.
- Analyze phishing simulation results to identify insights for employee awareness.
- Support ongoing awareness reporting efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student who will have completed their freshman or sophomore year by the start of the internship.
- Anticipated graduation date between May 2029 and April 2030.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
- Experience using AI for content creation or data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with comfort in public speaking or leading stand-up trainings.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Ada, Michigan.
- You must work on-site Monday through Thursday, with Friday as an optional remote day.
