About the role#
The ABO Rewards and Recognition team manages programs and communications to celebrate Amway Business Owners worldwide. As an intern, you will contribute to storytelling, event support, and community engagement initiatives. You will work with cross-functional partners to support business objectives and recognition programs.
What you'll do#
- Create and manage content for storytelling and engagement.
- Develop communications for recognition programs and events.
- Support digital and social media content strategies.
- Assist with audience insights and engagement analysis.
- Plan and coordinate user-generated content initiatives.
- Develop written, visual, and digital content.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and support premier recognition events.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student who has completed your freshman, sophomore, or junior year by the start of the internship.
- You are pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Canva and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media tracking tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Ada, Michigan.
- You must be able to work on-site Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
