About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides an opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a real-world distribution environment. You will work closely with a mentor to gain experience leading teams and understanding various business functions. The program aims to develop future supply chain leaders by providing exposure to daily operations and leadership responsibilities. At the end of the summer, you will present your accomplishments and learnings to the leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience across various supply chain functions and disciplines through department rotations.
- Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.
- Set and plan daily or weekly workloads to support business priorities.
- Manage a team to deliver specific goals and facilitate work team meetings.
- Build relationships with hourly team members, peers, and senior leadership.
- Participate in training activities, developmental events, and mentorship opportunities.
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and secure work culture.
- Report findings to management and handle other duties as business needs require.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership, or Business Management. Other related majors are considered.
- Expected graduation with a bachelor’s degree within one year of internship completion.
- Proven people or project leadership experience during your academic career.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and make quick tradeoff decisions.
- Effective communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, to support 24/7 operations.

- Location: Orlando, Florida (on-site at our distribution center).
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Employment type: Full time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
