About the role#
As an Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a real-world business environment. This 10-week summer program focuses on developing future supply chain leaders. You will work closely with a mentor, lead teams, and rotate through various functions within our distribution centers. At the end of the summer, you will report your accomplishments and findings to the leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience across various supply chain disciplines and business areas.
- Build relationships with hourly team members, peers, and senior leadership.
- Analyze and develop supply chain metrics and business processes.
- Set and plan daily or weekly department workloads to meet goals.
- Manage a team and facilitate work meetings like roundtables or pre-shift briefings.
- Work on projects independently and manage your time effectively.
- Participate in training, developmental opportunities, and company events.
- Foster a safe, diverse, and inclusive culture.
- Carry out specific duties through rotating departmental assignments.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or a related field.
- Graduation with a bachelor’s degree within one year of the internship completion.
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Proven leadership experience in projects or people management during your academic career.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work in an unstructured environment.

- Location: Denver, Colorado.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: On-site at our distribution center.
- Status: Full-time internship.
- Flexibility: You must be available to work across all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
