About the role#
This is a 10-week summer program designed to develop future supply chain leaders. You will work in a real-world, business-driven environment at our distribution center. You will be paired with a mentor to gain experience leading teams and learning various business functions. At the end of the program, you will report your key accomplishments and learnings to the leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Gain an understanding of supply chain functions and business areas.
- Build relationships with hourly team members, peers, and senior leadership.
- Assist in analyzing and developing supply chain metrics and business processes.
- Plan daily and weekly department workloads to support business priorities.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, such as pre-shift briefings and roundtables.
- Develop communication skills to lead a frontline workgroup.
- Participate in training activities and developmental events.
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and secure work culture.
- Rotate through departments to carry out specific duties as trained.
- Report findings to team members and management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership, or Business Management. Other related majors are considered.
- Expected to graduate with a bachelor’s degree within one year of internship completion.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.
- Proven leadership experience in academic or extracurricular projects.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and make quick decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective coaching, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- A self-motivated and accountable mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Location: Brooks, Kentucky.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends to support 24/7 operations.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
