About the role#
As a Summer 2027 Intern, you will gain hands-on experience within our IT team. You will work on real business initiatives and collaborate with team members to support our quality operations. This role focuses on improving documentation practices, reporting, and process consistency while working cross-functionally with Quality and business stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Assist with document control activities for policies, SOPs, work instructions, forms, and quality records.
- Support document review for consistency, completeness, formatting, and version control.
- Help maintain document trackers, status reports, and audit-ready files.
- Prepare for client audits by organizing documentation and tracking action items.
- Support the tracking and trending of audit findings, deviations, and quality metrics.
- Assist with eQMS implementation readiness, including workflow mapping and data organization.
- Prepare summaries, presentations, and reports for the Quality team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.
- Present project outcomes and key learnings at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quality, engineering, business, healthcare, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline.
- Rising sophomore, junior, or senior status is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently in a professional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experiences.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
