About the role#
As an Implementation Project Manager Intern, you will work with the Integration Project Management team to support real business initiatives. This role offers the chance to apply your academic studies to professional projects, collaborate with team members, and contribute to client onboarding and facility transition processes. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting the company mission to create healthier futures.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning, documentation, and optimization of processes for new client launches and facility transitions.
- Assist in developing workflows, process maps, checklists, and implementation tools to ensure launch readiness.
- Work cross-functionally with Distribution team leads, IT, Account Management, Customer Service, and Client Financial Services.
- Help define process updates, identify risks, and create structured execution roadmaps with clear milestones.
- Support the definition of launch readiness criteria and operational handoff requirements.
- Track action items, deliverables, project timelines, and overall implementation progress.
- Prepare status updates, summaries, and presentations for project stakeholders and leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or Healthcare Administration.
- Status as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to feedback.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
