About the role#
As a Summer 2027 Intern, you will join the Business Services and Product Management team. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional environment, allowing you to apply academic knowledge to real business initiatives. You will collaborate with team members and leaders, develop professional skills, and contribute to projects that support our business goals.
What you'll do#
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather requirements.
- Document requirements with clarity and accuracy.
- Assist with process implementation and improvements to intake workflows.
- Support user acceptance testing for new functionality.
- Contribute to ongoing activity for the Cencora Connect eCommerce platform.
- Support various projects, reporting, and analysis initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and program activities.
- Present project outcomes and key learnings at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program related to Business Administration or Computer Science.
- Preference for rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, volunteer, or work experiences.
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to receive feedback and adapt.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.

- Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid, with an expected onsite presence of 2 to 3 days per week.
- Employment: Full time, paid internship.
