About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the security team at American Fidelity. You will gain experience in a corporate environment while working on security documentation and reporting. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Oklahoma City for the Winter 2027 term, running from January through June.
What you'll do#
- Develop process documentation for security procedures.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate your findings.
- Collaborate with your manager, department members, and other interns.
- Analyze and document both business and technical processes.
- Follow through with tasks as directed by your team.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering with a graduation date of May 2027 or later.
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week in the Oklahoma City office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with the MS Productivity Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.
- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to professional business ethics.
