About the role#
As a Graduate Workplace Experience Communication & Strategy Intern, you will join the Global Workplace Experience Strategy team. You will help translate complex workplace strategies and employee experience concepts into clear, engaging communications for leaders and cross-functional partners. Your work will focus on developing strategic narratives and organizational enablement materials that help socialize workplace initiatives and strengthen engagement across the enterprise.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of executive presentations, strategic narratives, playbooks, toolkits, and communication materials.
- Translate complex strategy, research, and workplace experience concepts into compelling, digestible content.
- Develop repeatable communications, stakeholder engagement processes, and change management cadences.
- Conduct research on workplace trends, organizational communications, employee experience, and industry best practices.
- Assist with meeting facilitation, workshop preparation, executive briefings, and follow-up materials.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time graduate degree program, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- This internship is based in New York, New York.
- The term is for Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
