About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position for Winter 2027 based in St. Louis, Missouri. You will work on-site with the Facilities team to support workplace design, space planning, and interior renovation projects. This role offers exposure to the operational side of facility management and design.
What you'll do#
- Support workplace moves, additions, and changes across various facilities.
- Assist with interior renovation and new construction projects, including the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Review product options and help develop purchasing recommendations.
- Collaborate with project teams to create design concepts and project documentation.
- Contribute to project cost estimating and budgeting.
- Assist with the review of floor plans to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
- Support the development of facility programming and block plans.
- Maintain facility occupancy and space planning data using an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).
- Participate in routine space audits and inventory management for assets like furniture, signage, and storage equipment.
- Help develop and maintain FF&E standards.
