About the role#
This internship offers exposure to global strategic marketing within a manufacturing environment. You will work on projects that support the Global Strategic Marketing group, gaining practical experience in how marketing functions at a global scale.
What you'll do#
- Analyze the distribution of Allison products worldwide to understand market share and service channel needs.
- Maintain a database tracking product releases at global truck and bus manufacturers.
- Use the Customer Value Creation Process to research market size and trends for new opportunities.
- Assist with logistics for customer events and trade shows.
- Create marketing materials, including website content and advertisements, working alongside external agencies.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate or graduate status with 1-3 years at an accredited college or university.
- Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or Management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Analytical ability to solve complex problems.
