About the role#

What you'll do#
You will support our logistics and office teams through daily operational tasks. Your responsibilities include:
- Tracking and tracing loads to ensure app compliance.
- Updating customer systems with critical information and active load details.
- Building loads, setting up carriers, and scheduling pickup and delivery appointments.
- Contacting insurance companies to obtain certificates of insurance.
- Supporting the accounting function and handling general office duties.
- Answering phones and distributing calls to the appropriate brokers.
