About the role#
As an IT Manufacturing Systems Intern, you will help optimize how our manufacturing sites use our ERP system. You will support high-level system performance by coordinating critical IT initiatives and assisting with ongoing ERP implementations.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate ERP implementation and rollout plans.
- Perform IT development testing to confirm solutions meet design requirements.
- Assist with data cleanup and migration efforts.
- Compile data sets, process flowcharts, and reporting tools to prepare functional design documents.
- Complete and present a summer project to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong foundational understanding of IT concepts such as networks, databases, cloud computing, or business software.
- Experience with project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak to both technical engineers and non-technical business users.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio or other coding languages is preferred.

- This internship is for Summer 2027.
- The position is full-time and on-site in Carmel or Indianapolis, Indiana.
- This is a paid internship.
