About the role#
This summer internship offers a front-row seat to how a global organization markets its software portfolio. You will work directly with the Director of Brand and Solutions Marketing to support multiple software brands in the PropTech and access control space. This role is designed for students eager to learn how marketing drives revenue, supports sales, and launches new products.
What you'll do#
- Support daily marketing operations and campaign execution across multiple software brands.
- Assist in the creation and performance tracking of digital campaigns, including email marketing and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative team to understand how marketing and sales drive pipeline.
- Help plan logistics, booth strategy, and communications for industry trade shows.
- Participate in go-to-market planning by building collateral and messaging for new product launches.
- Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases and researching media opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive audits to refine brand positioning.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience creating marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, software, or the technology sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn mentality.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, with experience in HubSpot or Salesforce as a plus.

- Location: Carmel, Indiana (with remote options available).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Employment: Full-time and paid.
