About the role#
This internship is designed to build foundational sales skills and grow your professional network. You will work on real accounts and handle actual business tasks from your first day. Each intern is paired with an experienced full-time sales mentor to guide your progress. The program aims to transition early-career professionals into full-time roles at ALKU.
What you'll do#
- Complete the Circuit intern training program to gain hands-on experience and feedback.
- Work the phones, book meetings, and chase leads.
- Drive business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing.
- Learn both sides of the sales process.
- Hit your assigned metrics.

Location & details#
- Location: Herndon, Virginia.
- Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $16 to $18 per hour plus weekly performance-based bonuses.
- Hours: During the fall and spring semesters, you must work a minimum of 12 hours per week, scheduled around your classes. During the summer, you will work 40 hours per week.
- Status: This is a paid, full-time internship program. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
