About the role#
ALKU offers a sales internship designed to build foundational skills and grow your professional network. You will work on real accounts and drive business impact from your first day. The program pairs you with an experienced full-time sales mentor to help you learn both sides of the sales process.
What you'll do#
- Work the phones, book meetings, chase leads, and hit specific metrics.
- Complete Circuit, our internal training program, which provides hands-on experience.
- Receive real-time feedback throughout your internship.
- Drive business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing.

- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics, though we prioritize character traits over specific fields of study.
Location & details#
- Location: Amherst, Massachusetts.
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Compensation: $16 to $18 per hour plus weekly performance-based bonuses.
- Hours: During the fall and spring semesters, you must work a minimum of 12 hours per week, scheduled around your classes. During the summer, the role requires 40 hours per week.
- Sponsorship: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship. You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
