About the role#
This internship program is designed to build foundational sales skills and grow your professional network. You will work on real accounts and handle actual business tasks from your first day. You will be paired with an experienced full-time sales mentor to help guide your progress.
What you'll do#
- Work the phones and book meetings.
- Chase leads and drive business through outreach and sourcing.
- Hit specific performance metrics.
- Complete Circuit, our internal training program, to gain hands-on experience and feedback.
- Learn both sides of the sales process.

Location & details#
- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $16 to $18 per hour plus weekly performance-based bonuses.
- Schedule: During the fall and spring semesters, you must work a minimum of 12 hours per week. During the summer, the role is full-time at 40 hours per week.
- Status: This is a paid position. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
