About the role#
This internship program is designed to build foundational sales skills and grow your professional network. You will work on real accounts and drive business impact from your first day. The program pairs you with an experienced full-time sales mentor to help you learn both sides of the sales process.
What you'll do#
- Work the phones, book meetings, chase leads, and hit metrics.
- Complete Circuit, our intern training program, which provides hands-on experience and real-time feedback.
- Drive business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing.

- While we consider all applicants, common majors include Business Administration, Marketing, and Economics.
Location & details#
- Location: Harrisonburg, Virginia.
- Modality: This is an on-site role.
- Pay: $16 to $18 per hour plus weekly performance-based bonuses.
- Hours: During the fall and spring semesters, a minimum of 12 hours per week is required, scheduled around your classes. During the summer, the role is 40 hours per week.
- Sponsorship: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We cannot provide visa sponsorship.
